I think it’s important to know emotional pain will be there even with God’s love but there are moments, and even days with divine peace. I don’t believe God only wants us to suffer (2 Timothy 4:5). I believe He wants us to have clarity so we can share with others that depression is manageable.

There’s so much in there that brings me comfort. God reminds us that He cares about us more than we can imagine. He reminds us that worrying doesn’t add time to our lives. And He gives us a simple directive: Focus on today. Don’t worry about tomorrow.
