Temperamental differences no ground for divorce: Bombay HC

The Bombay High Court recently said that temperamental differences between spouses could qualify ‘as normal wear and tear of married life’ but cannot become grounds for divorce.

The court’s order came while dismissing an appeal filed by a man who was seeking divorce from his wife owing to her quarrelsome nature and persistent demand for a separate home.
