CRITICISING the recent comment of senior Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) leader and Rajya Sabha MP Ram Jethmalani against Lord Rama and his brother Laxman, Congress leader and PCC member, Kishore Varshney has urged the former to apologies in public for the same.
Presiding over a meeting of party workers here on Friday, he said that by calling Lord Rama an irresponsible husband and casting aspersions on the character of Laxman, Jethmalani has exposed the true face of the saffron party.
This is indicative of the fact that Bhartiya Janata party (BJP) has always practised the politics of power and chair.
He appealed to the BJP leadership to render unconditional apology for the derogatory comments of the party leader.Moreover the party should also clarify it’s position on Nitin Gadkari, Sushma Swaraj’s anger against a song in recently released Hindi film.Besides the party should also explain it’s stand on the comments of Jethmalani.
